Museums in Cincinnati and Toledo explore the mysteries of ancient Egypt.

One of the most powerful and enigmatic figures from ancient Egypt is holding court in southwest Ohio. “Cleopatra: The Search for the Last Queen of Egypt,” an exhibition at the Cincinnati Museum Center through Sept. 5, spotlights the iconic sovereign who aligned herself with Julius Caesar and Marc Antony to rule Egypt for more than two decades. Tender Moments

It's a story filled with hope and courage — not to mention two dozen tunes that are an integral part of the Great American Songbook.
